Security

What happens to my data?
The processing of your order requires the entry and storage of personal data including your name and address. All such data is used by walther alone and not passed on to third parties.

Is my activity in the Dealer’s Zone recorded?
walther design gathers anonymized session data during your visit to its site. One function this enables is the display of products you have already viewed in a quick reference list. The data gathered is deleted when you leave the shop.

Ordering

How do I place an online order with walther design?
Take your time to browse our extensive online product range. To select an item simply click on the “Basket” button. Once you have completed your selection, go to your basket to proceed with the order process. 

Is my basket saved?
Your selection will automatically be saved in your basket until you go to the checkout and complete the order process.

Can I order all items online?
You can order all items from the walther design product range on the internet! Simply use the form to enter the corresponding order numbers.

When will delivery occur if I order now?
The date of delivery is dependent on the item ordered. Information on availability is included in the detail view for each item. If the traffic light symbol is green we will generally deliver within one week of receiving your order.

Delivery

What does delivery cost?
We charge a lump-sum fee for the delivery of your goods. Orders are subject to a minimum order value of €175.00 (net). In the case of orders which fall short of that amount we charge an admin fee of €9.50 per order plus packaging and shipping. walther design offers free packaging and shipping for orders of €250.00 and above. 

Who will deliver my goods?
Our various ranges are delivered by a number of different firms. We use the postal service, parcel services and haulage firms.

Will all items ordered arrive at once?
Where possible you will receive your order in a single delivery. In some cases part deliveries are nevertheless unavoidable. 

What happens if there is a problem with my delivery?
All deliveries are checked carefully prior to dispatch. If, however, you discover your delivery to be incomplete or your goods faulty, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

Warranty

Items are subject to statutory warranty conditions. If any of the items delivered are faulty you will therefore first be given the option to have it replaced or repaired. If repairs prove unsuccessful or replacement items are also faulty you will be given the option to receive a full refund (in which case the items are to be returned) or a reduction in the purchase price (in which case you keep the items).

Forgotten your password?

In the event of forgetting your password, please click on the corresponding link on the login page. You will be asked to enter your email address. We will send a personalized link to that address which enables you to set a new password.Once you have set a new password it will be valid with immediate effect.

Changing your email address, password or user name

If you wish to change your email address or password, please click on the “Login” button to access your account settings. Use your current email address and password to log in. Once you have changed your email address all subscribed services and communication will be sent to your new address.
